Relocation and assembling of plants - References
Relocation of a potatochips-production to KiMs A/S, Søndersø
The principal task of this assignment was made up of a relocation of Party Food’s potatochips-production plant in Give to newly-built/rebuilt facilities belonging to KiMs A/S in Søndersø.
The project was implemented by approx. 50 men, lasted 5 weeks and consisted of:
- Preparing of a detailed timeline of activities at Party Food and KiMs
- Establishment of the workplace at Party Food and KiMs
- Implementation of the work
- Dismounting of the individual plants (peeling plant, boiling house, packing plant, boiler room, energy plant, tanks, chimneys)
- Transportation to Søndersø – around 80 truckloads
- Assembling of the individual plants and major components
- Assembling of a new electric installation and control system
- New-installation of a peeling plant and inspection room
- Testing
- Commissioning
- Handing-over
Construction of a peanut-plant in turnkey contract for KiMs A/S
This project consisted of a removal of a peanut- and coaterline. It lasted 5 weeks and consisted of:
- Dismounting of peanut-line incl. cleaning
- Removal
- Electrical installation
- Equipment installation of peanut- and coaterline
- Testing
- Commissioning of peanutline
- Commissioning of coaterline
