How to operate the Big-Bag
- The extreme end of the Big-Bags outlet is pulled through the upper flange.
- The two-hand trigger, which protects the operator against danger of crushing, is released. The upper flange is pulled down by the one set of pneumatic cylinders, and a dust-proofed connection is established
- The string around the outlet, which holds the Big- Bag closed, is released. The system, which extends the outlet, is activated pneumatic and the emptying can begin.
- Emptying can take place with a screw conveyor, proportioning screw conveyor, rotary valve for pneumatic transport, belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor or directly into a silo/prebin.
Weighing
Weighing of the emptied quantity can be registered in two ways:
Either by placing the Big-Bag on a load cell or by weighing the silo/prebin incl. equipment
Serial change of products
The extend system is deactivated and app 10 kg. is discharged at the same time as the string around the outlet is tightened. Now the Big-Bag can be removed and a new one can be installed.
After this operation a cleaning with for example a vacuum cleaner may be necessary.
