CONSTRUCTIONThe Viscubator is manufactured in a compact design in highly polished, fully welded stainless steel AISI 304. Externally the surface is grinded with grain 180 and internally the surface is pickled and passivated. The Viscubator is insulated with 30 mm mineral wool and is delivered with 4 legs with adjustable ball feet and 4 footplates. The top plate is made of 3 mm. stainless steel AISI 304 and it is easily dismounted when the inside of the vat is cleaned. The temperature of the water bath is adjusted electronically (+/- 0,5˚C) by a temperature-time-control to control the pasteurization, incubation and cooling. The heating of the water is done by electric heating coils and the cooling of the water is done by ordinary tap water. During the process of propagation a circulation pump makes sure that the temperature is the same all over the vat. If required, the heating can be done indirectly with steam from a plate-heat exchanger. Furthermore a second plate-heat-exchanger can be added for ice water cooling. This has to be connected to an existing chilled water system. The containers in the water bath are made of highly polished stainless steel AISI 304. Externally it is grinded with grain 120 and internally with grain 180. It is equipped with a lid, a manual stirring device and a dial control thermometer. Connections:
